New apartment in the city centre, near the Centrale station and in the Isola-Garibaldi area. 15 minutes away from most univerisities (Politecnico Leonardo da Vinci and Bovisa, Cattolica, Statale as well as several other private universities such as Marangoni, IED etc.)
Beautiful Studio apartment, more spacious than hotel rooms, elegantly furnished and equipped, with all amenities plus a double bed and a sofa bed. High quality cotton linens, down pillows and duvet and generous wardrobe. WiFi, digital terrestrial TV (satellite coverage optional) and DVD player. The kitchenette has double stove, microwave, kettle, toaster with pots, kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, utensils and a table with chairs. Also, central heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, steam iron & ironing board. The bathroom includes a shower cubicle, WC, bidet, washbasin with mirror and electric shaver points and hairdryer.
"The rate also includes an electricity allowance of 100kWh per month to cover normal electricity consumption. Above this deductible a fee of 0.50 per kWh will be applied.
